None of that helped me. I suspect this is set at off line, therefore you will have to change for online to connect to internet. If not, you should try restarting the wireless router along with your cable modem or ISP router, if you have one. Recently it began turning on Tracking on new documents. I will post the configuration results as soon as I copy them to a doc. Over 10 different phone calls and they wanted me to pay (!!) to have someone "maybe" fix the problem. This one was about to drive me nuts!
