Was the 32 bit XP install done with the same DVD drive as the the 64 bit version? To get pass the error above, I used nLite to create a Windows XP with SP3 setup DVD. I actually nearly got to the end of copying all files until one popped up when it was nearly finished. Check This Out Ugh...
