My only option is to connect the HDD to a working laptop and install windows there. This year we saw HiDPI displays, cameras ...even smartphones now capable of shooting 4k! I tried doing that by changing the SATA operation to Intel Smart Response Technology and disabling the Secure Boot option. That makes sense.
