Appears to be driver-related obviously, but not much detail. Guess I'll wait until they fix it and hope they don't push it for another auto update. This is because MCT is getting AU upgrade of different language from the Microsoft server. What solved the issue for my system was clearing the Windows Store Cache and running sfc/scannow.
