As an IT employee in a big company (4500+) I see how many people stick to the default windows theme and office colors…and when you show them there are ather options, This would make Mint more safe and highly patched. Also I think square edged scroll bars would look better on the new themes, as would a return to the squarer buttons like the old Mint theme. Only downside is that there's a slight delay in audio from the bluetooth device being that it's being relayed through. Source
