Seems that because of security reasons Win 10 disconnects from public networks after some time (if the user did not anyhow disconnect). So I went into the power settings and adjusted the "Wireless adapter settings" in the advanced power settings for the battery mode and changed it to "maximum performance" and that finally IF YOUR WIRELESS BUTTON IS OFF YOU WILL NOT READ ANY OF THE NETWORKS.
