Based upon two DELL Latitude D610's reporting the same message, most likely the problem is with the ACpower adapter made by Lite-On Technology Corporation in China. Why has there been no recall for this issue? If you do decide to tackle it use something with compartments to help keep the screws form the different steps separated. So, does it make sense for me to update the BIOS at this time, since the battery is charged above 10%?
